Actor Prem is mighty peeved that producer Ashwini scrapped his item song with the bombshell Yana Gupta, and has refused to have anything to do with the film in question He made a truckload of money with the film Jogi and lost the same with Preethi Yeke Bhoomi Melidhe. Ashwini Ramprasad is not a happy man, but the reasons are beyond hits and misses at the B.O. The producer is at war with hero Prem over an item song featuring the bombshell Yana Gupta.
Ramprasad, after losing heavily with the film Preethi Yeke Bhoomimelide, directed by and featuring Prem, is trying his luck again with him. According to sources, Ramprasad had agreed to picturise an item song with Yana Gupta for the film Jotegaara in which Prem (Nenapirali fame) and Ramya are the lead pair.
The film’s star cast includes veteran actress Lakshmi and Ashish Vidyarthi, Sadhu Kokila and others. However, Ramprasad had to scrap the item song, thinking that it would have an adverse impact on the film which is aimed at family audience.
